I called Customer Support to have one line removed from our set-up. I was a bit confused about weather to call sales or support; to me support is for clearing problems one might have with the virtual office, or setting up the calling queue or something of that nature, and sales would be help with your contract... like removing or adding a line. The reason I am rating so low is because I was on hold for 20 minutes, with only music. I had no idea how long I would continue to be on hold and no option to leave a message for a r... read more

When you product works, it works well. However, I downgrade you for two reasons. 1) When tech support is needed, it is hard to get good quick tech support from 8x8. 2) And, 8x8 does NOT have a windows phone app.

8x8 has been a extremely good quality service for us. We have used other VOIP products in the past that have had voice quality issues and dropped calls. Prior to switching to 8x8 I researched and interviewed several providers to determine what features were offered and gather reviews on similar businesses' experiences. 8x8 has been very reliable and on top of that it includes some useful features. I would have given 8x8 five stars if the additional features worked as well as its VOIP. We have used both the texting feat... read more

Honestly, we were completely and thoroughly disappointed with 8x8. Over a period of roughly 6 months, 8x8's terrible, ignorant, and otherwise completely inept tech support cost us nearly a dozen clients, tens of thousands of dollars in man hours and refunds, and left us with numerous additional clients without support or usable service. We reached out to a wide array of senior management officials, and not a single one EVER felt it was worth their time to help support a primary partner.
