Been using 8x8 for a long time, far more than adequate for what we need. We have lots of extensions, and we do have an occasional issue or two (mainly with ring groups and sometimes call routing - hit and miss). It's also sometimes hard to get to the right support person on the line when you need them, but issues are really pretty rare so it's not a big deal. It mostly just works. 4 stars doesn't quite do it justice, but I can't give it a full 5 stars. What it boils down to is, "yes, I would recommend this to a friend."

8x8 has been an amazing tool for my business. Not only has it saved me A LOT of money, it has also given me insight into my business which I did not know was possible without an astronomical fee. 8x8 has been such a cost savings. It has allowed to to completely automate my business. With the money I have saved monthly from such a large unknown known bill that I was able to get rid of(old phone service). 8x8 offered me a flat rate and it has never changed. It has changed my business and has made us better!

I used 8x8 virtual office for my business. I liked the convenience of using a headset with my hands free for computer work and talk at the same time over the phone in my business. 8x8 virtual office provided exactly what I needed for my business. As I am back in school, I have to cancel my service because I am no longer working. 8x8 did not make it hard at all for the cancellation.
