The 8x8 phone system has lowered our cost, increased our conference capacity and allowed for a complete mobile office
It was a blessing in disguise, when our Lucent Technology Phone system crashed. We replaced with 8x8 and it has saved us so much. We had several lines and multiple bills. I have yet to utilize the online training but when I figure out how to maximize the service it will be great.
simply copy pasting a number.. kaboom!!!! the call is on, not necessary to keep dialing the numbers.
Are you kidding me? I'm in sales and am very rarely in the office, but I love getting messages sent to me via email! This allows me to easily manage my incoming calls and respond to my customers needs more effectively. Thank you!
Very rarely does the phone system go down - if it ever does, the issue is resolved in a timely manner. The system is easy to use - if any of our staff have questions, 8x8 support has answered and assisted in resolving the issue. 8x8 has great customer service - 98% of everyone I've talked to, sound happy and ready to help. I love the sound quality, it seems much better than cisco phones I have used at other companies!
My Favorite option for my 8X8 phone service is that I can plug my phone right into my computer and hear all my messages through my email. This is extremely important because my job is active and I can hear my messages anytime, anywhere. In addition, if I connect the internet cables, then i do not need a power source! This combination is why I love 8X8.
The ability to stay connected in the cloud no matter what and you can't beat the value of a fixed cost per month. I work from home most of the time and in Virtual Office the secretary can transfer calls as if I'm sitting in my office at work. On September 13th our church was completely destroyed by fire.
