Very easy for mobile communication. Having a business number through a VOIP service like this makes operations / business verification's much easier then going with a larger corporation. The sound quality is good and getting your messages through the app or email make this service reliable.

Works ok. The app needs to be reset randomly. The process to block a spam number is fairly difficult. It's possible this service is better suited for a larger business with land phones. I only need to forward a business # to my cell phone.
8x8 has been very helpful in helping me resolve any that I may have had. I have and would recommend their services.

We are using the 8x8 for more than 5 years now. 8x8 it's a good phone system that has all the features we need, and works well with our remote team. Haven't experienced any down time or customer service issues.
