Great VOIP product and depth of service to handle any potential problem... smaller "mom and pop companies" can't handle the issues nearly as well. Nothing is perfect, but if the service goes down you want a company like 8x8 behind you.

very direct and informative
Been a customer with 8x8 for over 3 years and love the service they provide. When I moved from Panama City after Hurricane Michael, I was able to keep the same phone and fax numbers and that was huge to my business. Any time I have contacted customer service my issue or question is resolved on the first try. I highly recommend their products.

The service is top quality, however allowing the admin to create a temporary password on a new VO account would be nice.
