We are using the 8x8 for more than 5 years now. 8x8 it's a good phone system that has all the features we need, and works well with our remote team. Haven't experienced any down time or customer service issues.

I love the fact that our employees can receive calls from clients that've called their office line on their cell phone so we're literally always available

I am so impressed with my latest interaction with 8X8 customer support team. After experiencing a technical issue with one of my voip phones, I went to the online chat window (appearing at the bottom of the support page) and started a chat with a very helpful agent. I explained the issue I was having (not being able to leave a voicemail on a specific extension), they asked a few followup questions, and asked me to hold while they looked into the issue I was having. Great experience dealing with the technical staff who explains how to set up new phones. Never a surprise with the bill either.
