Great office tools and amazing to manage. It's scalable and easy to setup.
I am so impressed with my latest interaction with 8X8 customer support team. After experiencing a technical issue with one of my voip phones, I went to the online chat window (appearing at the bottom of the support page) and started a chat with a very helpful agent. I explained the issue I was having (not being able to leave a voicemail on a specific extension), they asked a few followup questions, and asked me to hold while they looked into the issue I was having.
