Pretty good service
Great! Awesome customization and customer service is perfect!
They do some things great, and are bad at others. Decent basic phone system, but customer support is non-existent. We tried to record calls, but it creates a 3-5 second dead space at the beginning of every call. There’s no fix according to 8x8. Their analytics are straight out of 1980 - not user friendly and no automatic daily reports. Because of the problems we had three different customer service reps said they would let us out of our contract, but three months later I’m still waiting for management to sign off. 8x8 is the best VoIP provider in the industry based on my own personal experience. 8x8 has succeeded where other VoIP providers failed for our needs. They offer great pricing and some excellent promotions for signing up. I highly recommended 8x8 for all your VoIP telecommunications needs.
The quality of the service is fantastic only reduced by the difficulty of having anything handled easily and correctly with their customer service reps.
The actual product and quality is fantastic! Great pricing on phones and easy to install. However, the service is horrendous. You can only work with your person assigned to your case, and if he/she is bad you can't talk to anyone else. If we get ours on a good day we will get a response, but most of the time we have to keep bugging him until we get help. When we do he seems to have no interest in helping us get a good price. We are paying way too much for the amount of providers we have.
