SERVICE WAS GOOD NO MAJOR COMPLAINTS
We didn't have an office phone system and after some research I chose 8x8 because of how easy it seemed to set up. I was right and a week later we had a fully functional phone system with a professional auto attendant and cool features like voicemail to email and simultaneous ringing so that when you dial an extension it rings their cell phone and their desk phone at the same time. 8x8 is easy to set up and extremely affordable, a win-win for my company, mPower Innovations.
