Our church loves 8x8's customer service, our reliable service and most of all, the ability to not be tied to our offices. The 8x8 app allows us to do ministry where the people are, without having to worry if we're missing important calls. 8x8 rocks!
I love being able to monitor SLA's and Agents calls to see how we are doing as a company!
HI My name Hilda Mendoza and I work at Sun Comm Tech in Santa Fe NM. This company has 3 offices, El Paso Tx, Santa Fe NM and Albuquerque NM. 8x8 system is the best to communicate through out all three branches! We can have all the phones ringing so we don't miss a call. We have our own extension. The best part is that we are all connected and the communication is great!!

Likes Best I love that it's completely web based...and easy to use. I was concerned with down time given it's web based but we haven't experienced 0 down time! I would recommend that you learn the software...so often individuals don't take the time to completely understand the functionality of the system.
Here at Acumen we love how portable the phones are and how easy it is to communicate throughout our office. Everyone is easy to get a hold of and it doesn't matter where we are at we can conference and hold meetings together
We have two buildings and several work from home staff. 8x8 puts the whole company on the same level as a corporate enterprise. This is the most effective mobile telephony solution we have ever used.
