I am not able to direct calls to a USB headset. All calls go to the desk phone. The widget does not appear to have the option to use the Softphone without the desk phone in the same way that the stand alone 8x8 Virtual Office application does.
i want to enable ZERO pop ups just want to see who is calling.
calls are not logged - redundant log in requirements - can not get custom fields to import into SF page layout
The software has been locking up and not logging calls. I use Chrome as a browser and it just seems to stop whenever it wants to.
Your product might actually be the worst phone system I have ever used. Almost every call I have on this application either cuts out every 3rd or 4th word OR drops the call completely. It doesnt matter if I am calling on a land line, my cell via the 8x8 app or from a soft phone, I experience these issues across your platform.

The scrolling bar when selected the person called doesn't work, calls are logged under random people It won't log calls if you call from the account page, you have to go to the actual person It says that I can't use the app at times because there are 5 or more windows open, but sometimes there won't be that many windows open
