i am having call quality issues? The CRM / 8x8 configuration was working great. Now it is not working.

Sucks always crashes, logs multiples. Support have never contacted us back from tickets we raised
Need to be able to support more than 5 open windows of SFDC. And needs to do a better job mapping activity back to the proper contact/account.
In many cases 8x8 does not log calls. In the world where efficiency reigns King this is a major issue. Limiting the amount of Sale Force tabs 8x8 can operate in at any given time is the apps major flaw.

it crashes all the time
