Logs calls under different accounts . Serious bug that needs to be addressed.
1) The call quality is poor, even using a wired connection. 2) Had to fight login issues that required me to uninstall and reinstall several times.
It is a great theory, but doesn’t work in practice. It logs calls that didn’t happen or automatically logs calls that you don’t want to log with no note in them. When someone calls insetad of opening the individual once, they are opened multiple times. Etc. Just poor execution in general.
It is nice that the app syncs with Salesforce but sometimes it has issues with staying logged in. There also seems to be issues with general UI/UX issues within the app. The app needs a refresh and more options to work like the landline.
Calls drop all the time. Not easy to pick up an incoming call.
duplicate records pop up when i make callls...the xlixk to pop doesn't always work...the load time is slowwhen i open new windows and forces me back to the top of the page after its done loading
it's a pretty useful tool to integrate our phone system with salesforce.
Person I rang couldn't hear me, complained that it was a bad line.
It shuts down frequently. I have to reboot at least once a day, sometimes multiple times. Or refresh screen. It lags a lot. And whenever I bring it up to our admin he says he can not do anything about it because it is "Salesforce"
