Constantly having problems connecting phone calls and hearing people on the other end. Have to switch audio from displayport every time I open application, doesn't automatically log activity type in Salesforce when using the integration.
The calls are very staticky and difficult to hear. When I listen back to my voice messages I leave clients they sound horrible.
How does 8x8 identify duplicates? It seems that it should only be on an EXACT phone match versus a 'fuzzy' match. When duplicates are found when a call is being made, the duplicate pop-up blocks the ability to type comments until a record is chosen, which is unfortunate. Also, if you're clicking a phone number from a lead record page, it would make sense that the app knows who is being called. Doesnt integrate well with Salesforce, keeps dropping calls/logging out while on a call. Often doesn't record calls and my superiors rely heavily on the data it provides.

Seems to be very buggy. Great when it works but often problems with the SF integration and not dialling when meant to.
