My customer calls get stuck on Salesforce sometimes through the 8x8 app and I have no way to retrieve them.

The SFDC integration constantly fails. It lags behind and often does not cooperate. Often times I just go ahead and dial manually and enter it into SFDC myself.

Uninstalled and re-installed into SalesForce. Continue to get errors and it loads very slowly freezing SalesForce. Can someone please give me a call to troubleshoot. 559-869-4062.

When the App was first installed into SalesForce it seemed to work fine. However in recent weeks it freezes SalesForce. A message appears at the bottom "waiting for 8x8". Also, red errors appear when changing screens.

i am limited to the amount of tabs that i can have open at once to use this app. in 2016 that is stupid

The concept of your product is wonderful. The execution falls short. Biggest problems are as follows: * You won't allow more than 5 tabs to be open at one time... this really slows down my workflow * The app often comes up with a list of possible leads when dialing out! Why??? I'm dialing out from an established lead, so why doesn't that lead name just automatically appear in the record? I've been using all versions of this tool with Salesforce since 6+ yrs The latest version has improved my experience in many ways, but also made it worse it others... Here are some of the most crucial issues we are facing: -The maximum 5 tabs open rule, creates real problems for our Org. We often have a lot more that that open for specific reasons. -The Real problem i'm having it that for an account/contact it always finds a duplicates, as it looks up the Converted lead as well! Team, I'm an 8x8 DE and I 've just finished walking through the installation guide. Everything seems to be working aside from a few small bits. I'm somehow unable to get the embedded application within SFDC to click2dial my phone. Also, any inbound calls to the deskphone don't register in the app. I've confirmed that the SFDC user has my extension 1354 in place. Any other steps I can take?
