the program glitches, and logs me out. I will enter notes on a phone call, and they close without adding to the customer's note in Salesforce.
When it works, it works well. I can't get it to work now. Signed in to SFDC and 8x8 desktop app as well.

Between the system showing error messages if we open more than one tab, to the customer care timeline when our Salesforce go down. I would suggest a better relationship with our IT department.
Pro - Better Ui than older version - No more app (in browser directly) Cons: - Don't like the 5 tab limitation - Duplicates Logs very often (2 logs for same call) - often call not registering under proper lead/contact - Looks up converted leads, therefore every contact has a duplicate...
The app needs work. It doesnt always pull up the correct contact. It would be great if it worked on more than 5 windows.
Been having problems with calls being dialed but everything muted. Calls won't hang up, need to refresh page. Have to ctrl,Alt,del program 3-4 times a day because of these problems.

8x8 drops my calls VERY frequently mid conversation. this is EXTREMELY frustrating. the sound quality is poor and often people on the other end say they cannot hear me or there are weird sounds on the line. i have excellent internet connection, and check it often.
