It functions well but the user friendly element is not quite up to par. I've seen the integration with firms like Velocify which makes the bridge much easier to work with.
I really like how easy it is for 8x8 to pick up a call in SF and then log it with a quick note. It is extremely easy and efficient, compared to my past experiences in sales (Cisco phones and Oracle CRM). I also really like how easy it is to review call recordings. Keep it up!
When I am using the mobile app, I only receive calls when the app is open on my phone. If working remotely, I need to have other apps open and it hinders my work flow.
8x8 generally works reliably and makes the syncing of phone calls into salesforce seamless. However, we do experience a number of glitches- lately calls have been pulling up the name and account of the prior call. However, 8x8 is generally a reliable and useful app.
8x8 has been great for all of my calling needs. The call recording and click to dial features within Salesforce are great time savers and training tools to maximize my time and help others, and myself, learn for the future.
Works great, sometimes the app is slow to load, but overall it's a fantastic product!

The app is great except for the maximum 5 window limitation.
The integration of 8x8 and Salesforce is very helpful. Knowing you can seamlessly call a contact straight from the computer without typing saves time looking up the number and dialing. All information is stored within Salesforce and I like that it logs a record of the call automatically when finished.
