They saved my car! Thank you to Dave Gibbings and his team for working so hard on my vehicle. They were kind, professional and kept me informed through the whole process. I highly recommend them. I also used their rental car service and both associates were very friendly and helpful. The rental car was great! An unfortunate insurance claim incident but the folks at ABC made it painless.

Having a "collision" blows, but over the holidays? & with a flawless three-month-old car? Urrrrrgh! The night of Dec 21st, I jumped a median that was damn near invisible. Sadly, that stunt did substantial damage to my new 2017 Honda Fit. Three blown tires y mas. Timing is everything: I had no idea how "shut down" businesses would be at Christmas. This review is extremely overdue and is for the Collision Center only - no rental car service, etc. Just strictly the service the shop provided to me when my car was being repaired. Long story short, go see Scott. He will make your life 10 times easier. I can't say enough about the service he provided and not only that, the way everything was explained, in detail to me, while my car was being repaired. Kudos to MAGGIE ! My husband had a small accident last week and was directed to ABC Collision Center by our insurance company. He was overwhelmed with her outstanding customer service and requested that I send an accolade letting her know how impressed he was with her professional service. Thank you, Maggie!

First, let me start by saying I hope you never need ABC Collision. But when you do, and it will suck, get here. Your insurance will dictate who you work with, so switch to USAA, work with Jay, and you will see why I was moved to write such a review. Jay was responsive, thorough, detail oriented and compassionate (because it sucks to have to use this business, especially when your car is only five weeks old)...I digress. I will give them 3 stars. Let's start by saying the called and called non stop. Once my insurance recommended them. I was afraid to take my car in because I had a trip planned this 3 day weekend. Buy I was assured 4 weeks was plenty of time to replace my glass. However the constant calls did remind me that I needed to take it in. I hadn't heard anything once I took it in, surprise since they were so anxious to get my car. Keith is great. Had my car back to me in less than a week. And was amazing about communication. Enterprise is on site making the whole experience painless.
