I showed up there this morning to have our car repaired (by the other person's insurance) at time we agreed on. As requested by the other person's insurance, I got an estimate at the appointed time on Nov. 28th. When I showed up this morning, I dropped off the car and then went to the Enterprise desk right there to get a rental. None had been scheduled. If you are working with adjuster Maggie you can expect a very frustrating experience. She is nice on the phone but has zero follow through on commitments. My car is going on 10 days past when she said it would be ready. I understand that is out of her control but three times she has told me my car would be ready that day and then is impossible to reach and she does not contact me and the car is not ready. My parked car had a vehicle back into the drivers door, was recommended to take it to this location. Do not suggest going here. They replaced the door but did not align the door properly, still have trouble closing the door. Have tried to get the vehicle back in, but want to charge me for the additional repairs even though the other persons insurance "paid" for the repairs. Avoid at all costs!!
I took my car there for body work. I got it back while driving home I tried to adjust the mirror on the passenger side. It no longer worked. Called them, took the car back, mirror adjustment worked. Jerky but it worked. Drove the car home, parked in the driveway and the next morning there's a lot of oil on the driveway under my car.
