Zero customer service from Dave Gibbs, doesn't seem to care for the customer. Very disregard for customers items inside their vehicle, everything from inside including the truck manual to the registration was in a bag and just thrown in the bed of the truck for a while cause bad was torn due to it sitting in the sun then everything got wet. Then was lied to by Keith the manager that the bag was already there when the truck arrived, coudn't of been I was there when it arrived. Your privacy means absolutely nothing to these people. Paid cash for repairs while I sued the person that hit me. Come to find out that I'm getting low balled by the insurance, and ABC collision gave out my personal information to the insurance co. Even after I paid cash for my repair! Even after I was told that my business was between them and i and they won't write lower my estimates after the fact....

This is One of the worst customer service staff The front desk lady she act like she was super busy but no body us was there. I wait 55 min to talk with an estimators Short way of this terrible business stay away pls hopefully they change

Bad experience. However let me start with the good. Dave Gibbons deserves 5 stars for his customer service. He explained in detail the steps to the repairs, explanations with insurance companies, kept me up to date, and was the reason I chose ABC over other estimates. That's where the good ends. I took my vehicle into ABC collision for a $3800 repair. The repairs took longer than expected and when I received my vehicle back the center console was rummaged through with several items taken and everything thrown on the front ... read more

I don't have a single positive thing to say about my experience with this repair shop. Not one. I brought my car here a couple weeks ago and no one ever contacted me about the status of my car. Not one time. I always had to call. Then when I did call, I find out that my estimator (Dave Gibbings) who was supposed to be working with me went on vacation. Why would you assign me an estimator that's going on vacation in the first place?? Then I get my car back and my trunk is kind of off-center and someone just pointed out to me ... read more

So on April 26th I got Into my first accident!! Ugh so took my vehicle to ABC Collision met Dave told me my car would be done in Two weeks 12 days max right!! Well I'm on the 23rd now I found out Dave told me my deductible would be taken care of should have got that in writing because now I owe $500 and still no car & Dave is on Vacation! Absolutely lovely!!

Sent here by my insurance company and honestly wish I found another place. Terrible communication from advisor. I was told 48 hours on my car then called an hour before closing and told its ready I need to pick it up. They didn't repair a major part and I then had to schedule to bring it back in, I didn't get a rental car this time because I was told it would be a few hours but it took most of the day and I had to call for an update on the status. That same advisor was like oh yeah it's ready as if it's been ready for awhile... read more

I went here for car repair after someone hit my car as recommended by USAA. Staff was not super friendly. The rental car was HORRIBLE (painted gash on the armrest, dented front end, key mark down the entire side of the car...)! The enterprise guy refused to give me another car, even though I requested one twice, so I had to return the rental to the main enterprise hub for a different car. Work was terrible. Paint on front bumper was rushed. Technicians broke rear door foot plate. Broken glass was not cleaned up properly and all over back and front seats. Took 2 days longer than expected. Never recommending or taking my vehicles there again.
