I truly wish I would have read the reviews for this place before I dropped my car off. They have had my car for OVER a month now. It is extremely difficult getting ahold of anyone. You kind of have to wait until they feel like reaching out. My car has been in the "re-assemble" process for four weeks now. Do not come to this repair shop, period. I dropped my truck off a week ago today. Zero communication in the last week. I called and left messages to get an update, with no response. I finally got tired of not knowing what's going on, so I came into the shop to find out. Turns out they are only fixing half of the repairs needed, due to an insurance claim issue. Took my vehicle in for a rear end repair. Dropped it off in hopes of the repair being close to before. They get the cheapest body parts ever , worse than what you had on. Mind you they charge a hefty dollar for their shitty repairs. Clear coat has runs, rear bumper is all warped & my tail light has damage due to their unprofessional techs prying on my taillight. Worst place to take your vehicle. NEVER AGAIN.
Run away from Nissan ABC Collision Center. My experience with Mary and her assistant was a nightmare. They displayed very poor customter service. They charged my credit card with a $500 deposit before they could order the parts, and they will not, will not schedule the job. I have no idea what kind of business they run. I now have to work with my credit card company to get my money back.
Car needed repair. They said they had the part in and to bring my car in. I'm picking the car up unfixed almost three weeks later. Still not fixed and going somewhere else. To make things better they are making me wait forever to get my unfixed car. Better service is available in Haiti. Good luck if you choose this place.
Zero Stars, horrible customer service, unethical practices, and no integrity. The money they spend on social media damage control, should be used to higher quality employees. The company broke items that didn't need to be fixed until they serviced my vehicle. They left piece to my vehicle in my car. I returned three times to have them put items back on my car. Save yourself troubles and do not come here at all. Worst customer service , lack of communication skills throughout the whole staff you will not receive updates on your car you have to call over and over again to get an update and if you do get ahold of them theyre giving attitude for no reason . This service center is the worst in the entire valley. No follow up on end date of repairs. Answer i get is it will get done when it will get done. Maggie who is the associate i got to work is the worst!! She never calls me up. It's been more than 1 month and i never get calls from them about delivery status. Been using a rental car for over 1 freaking month!!! They initially gave repair status of 10k then increased to 15k and now 20k! They said it's unfortunate but it is what it is.
