Took my vehicle in for a rear end repair. Dropped it off in hopes of the repair being close to before. They get the cheapest body parts ever , worse than what you had on. Mind you they charge a hefty dollar for their shitty repairs. Clear coat has runs, rear bumper is all warped & my tail light has damage due to their unprofessional techs prying on my taillight. Worst place to take your vehicle. NEVER AGAIN.

Run away from Nissan ABC Collision Center. My experience with Mary and her assistant was a nightmare. They displayed very poor customter service. They charged my credit card with a $500 deposit before they could order the parts, and they will not, will not schedule the job. I have no idea what kind of business they run. I now have to work with my credit card company to get my money back.

Car needed repair. They said they had the part in and to bring my car in. I'm picking the car up unfixed almost three weeks later. Still not fixed and going somewhere else. To make things better they are making me wait forever to get my unfixed car. Better service is available in Haiti. Good luck if you choose this place.

Zero Stars, horrible customer service, unethical practices, and no integrity. The money they spend on social media damage control, should be used to higher quality employees. The company broke items that didn't need to be fixed until they serviced my vehicle. They left piece to my vehicle in my car. I returned three times to have them put items back on my car. Save yourself troubles and do not come here at all. Worst customer service , lack of communication skills throughout the whole staff you will not receive updates on your car you have to call over and over again to get an update and if you do get ahold of them theyre giving attitude for no reason . One edge of my "new" bumper is hanging off , one side of my hood and bumper is higher than the other side , the hood latch does not open , missing clips . This service center is the worst in the entire valley. No follow up on end date of repairs. Answer i get is it will get done when it will get done. Maggie who is the associate i got to work is the worst!! She never calls me up. It's been more than 1 month and i never get calls from them about delivery status. Been using a rental car for over 1 freaking month!!! They initially gave repair status of 10k then increased to 15k and now 20k! They said it's unfortunate but it is what it is. Zero customer service from Dave Gibbs, doesn't seem to care for the customer. Very disregard for customers items inside their vehicle, everything from inside including the truck manual to the registration was in a bag and just thrown in the bed of the truck for a while cause bad was torn due to it sitting in the sun then everything got wet. Then was lied to by Keith the manager that the bag was already there when the truck arrived, coudn't of been I was there when it arrived. Your privacy means absolutely nothing to these people. Paid cash for repairs while I sued the person that hit me. Come to find out that I'm getting low balled by the insurance, and ABC collision gave out my personal information to the insurance co. Even after I paid cash for my repair! Even after I was told that my business was between them and i and they won't write lower my estimates after the fact....
