We got a text on our car saying it was done. We even talked to Johnny Garcia who stated it was done. We advised him we were 3 hours away in Show Low, AZ. When we we got to the collision place Johnny told my GF they had a part on back order. They received 11k for the repairs and then telling us about the car not being finished after my GF drove 3 hours which he was aware of. Took much longer than quoted. Emanuel doesn't return phone calls. Things were put back together incorrectly and didn't work. front bumper paint doesn't match body color. save your money and time. go to Penske and get it done right. these guys don't take any pride in their work and half ass the fix.
If I could do 0 stars I would. Worst place to get car fixed. I had barely damaged my bumper & they kept my car for nearly 3 weeks. Received no updates about my car and the front desk hung up on my for requesting an update. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
Terribly slow service. ABC Collision Center takes ages to finish the job and give zero updates
When I dropped my car off, I told them there were 2 sets of damage that needed to be fixed. They told me that would be two deductibles and I said that would be fine. They also said I'd get updates every Tuesday about my car's progress. My car was with them for 8 weeks and I got updates every 3, after I called to get them. They would say they were waiting on a muffler on back order, etc. Finally, 8 weeks later I go to pick it up and they ONLY fixed the most insignificant damage and never communicated that they weren't going... read more
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tanner is a complete joke and doesn't take his job seriously. Train your people better and maybe you'll have better success.

My wife's car was hit from behind. Bumper was damaged along with some undercarriage issues. Brought it to ABC Collision for repair. Repair took from September through early December to get the car back. After getting car back, noticed that the paint color didn't match. Since the other guy's insurance already paid ABC Collision, we needed a loaner car from ABC Collision. No loaners we're available. Finally in late February they had a loner car to use. Bad service. A family member took their truck to get it fixed, and that was around Thanksgiving, and now it's almost Christmas.
Took my car into this place because my insurance sent me here. All that needed to be done was mostly replacing the front bumper, one fog light,and repainting. My car sat on the lot untouched because my advisor was "fired" so apparently that meant my car was put on hold??? They never reach out when you call no matter how many voicemails you leave.
