Keith was fantastic! They did a great job in my Scion. I was involved in an accident 2 days before Christmas and they delivered my vehicle in the first week of January. They kept me updated with the progress of the service at least twice per week. I highly recommend this place! Thank you!
A railing jumped out and scraped my vehicle. Can you imagine??!! Anyway, I took my vehicle to three shops to get a quote to get the paint from the railing scraped off. I have Progressive Auto Insurance and they will guarantee their repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. In 2010, I was in an accident that destroyed my drivers side door, and lately I had noticed the door seemed off- like it was loose and wouldn't shut properly, and that it rattled. I had great service here! I give this place a five star. They had messed up on my appointment, I was not on the books at all..yet, they took me in and took care of me, It was 8 o'clock and I had to be at work by 930, and she said she'll get me out of here by 9. I don't know what she did, got papers, got on her phone.. next thing you know I have my rental car ready, my car was in the shop and ready to get fix :)) it was lovely.
I have had a couple repairs done there. They were quick and kept me updated in the process. Most importantly the car looks great. I would recommend them everyone.
I was a victim of theft and I picked ABC Collision Center to fix my vehicle and in the event I need car repairs, I will not bting it here! I honestly didn't pay attention to the reviews and I should have. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came in for a quote after a rock hit my rear window and the experience was awful. The man helping me was rude, dismissive, and barely gave me two minutes of his time. He didn't answer any of my questions, and when I asked about the glass I'd be receiving, he said, "These questions are hard for me to answer, I'll have my receptionist take it from here." Not happy about this place! Took forever tog wt my car back the first time with no updates. Got the car back and it wasn't fixed correctly so I took it back at which time they told me it may not be covered.. no updates for weeks. Would call and leave messages and. No one would call me back. Now the car is still not working correctly after getting it back for a week. When they gave me a loaner the car was in empty with the gas light in..Called let's see if they actually call back. Diego Olivas is a coward and a scammer. He doesn't keep his word. Do NOT take your car here. They take months just to do simple work and give excuses on why it's not done. I gave my car to them just for a bumper and door fix and I didn't get it back for 3-4 months. The quality of work is not worth it and the time it takes for them to complete it is forever. Do yourself a favor; don't bother coming here unless you want terrible results and no car for months in the process. Trust me and the other reviews.
