Every time I call in to make an appointment the people on the other line are so nice. Their customer service is awesome. Today I called in to get a same day appointment and Amy helped me. So pleasant and seemed to really love her job.
I have been taking my two kids here for about 1.5 years. Initially we went there because of its proximity to where we lived. It was a 3 minute drive, and there was a Dr. Farooqi that was just absolutely wonderful! She is no longer w/ the practice, but there are so many other great doctors and practitioners that I've had a pleasure of seeing since then. Dr. Tressler, Dr. Monk, and Rebecca Jimenez have all been great. I'd like to point out that Dr. Tressler was VERY thorough when I brought in my sick infant for a diaper rash... read more
NP Jimenez was amazing! She was so kind to my 17yr and he felt comfortable during his well check.
Doctors have been great. Dr. Kuri is wonderful. However, the time to receive calls back is poor. I understand there's a high volume, but to not receive a call back at all is not understandable.
My child went to Dr. Gonzales because of ear pain and a scratchy throat. He was fine, no fever- thought it was allergies. Anyway, I mentioned one of my kids was getting over the flu and on the safe side, she sent a prescription of Tamiflu with me just in case. Sure enough, he soon had a temp of 102. Thank you for saving me a trip and the expense!!!!!
We've always been HUGE fans of ABCD. They've always been so sweet with our daughter. No matter who we've seen, they know exactly what is going on and what to recommend. LOVE dr Wilke but everyone on staff is excellent.
