Beware: It is my belief that ABCD Pediatrics provides poor service and engages in billing practices that are not consistent with AMA and CPT guidelines. In my experience, they intentionally overcode(d) visit(s), likely as an attempt to generate increased revenue, not suspecting that an individual patient is informed enough on medical billing practices to notice. Tried calling for an appoint 4 times for my baby being released form the NICU. Not only did I call 4 times only to have them tell me they would call right back, but after waiting 5+ days I NEVER got a call back. What kind of service is this? Unfortunately I'll have to take my business else where where I can trust a pediatric office will actually schedule an appointment for my child

Gayla in your billing department has changed my view of ABCD Pediatrics. She was condescending when she called me. She stated that I didn't call her back to pay my $18 bill last month and stated that my card was declined when that was far from the truth. She said that bill has "grown" since then to a WHOPPING $36. I'm a working mom, I forgot. I asked her to call me back so I could give her my debit card info and she said she would call me back. No call back and she went ahead and ran my card under the terms of the agreement ... read more

Extremely unethical medical office. My daughter was seen for her 12 month Well visit and vaccines. This is at no charge because it's a normal well visit. We had no questions or concerns and our daughter was acting normal . During the visit the doctor looks in her ears and says, it looks like she has a little ear infection. We said oh wow we had no idea. She said well she's teething and sometimes it can be related due to the over production of saliva and drainage and we moved on.. It saddens me to update this with a lower rating, as we still love the doctors, but the front office staff is incredibly rude. I've managed a large medical practice and I'm aware of how high paced and stressful checkin/checkout can be. There is absolutely no excuse for the excessive bad attitudes given by the front staff. Administration needs to step up their standards in hiring, training, and expectations, because the front staff is the worst I've encountered.

I used to take my daughter to ABCD when there was only one location and they were awesome. No wait time, front desk was friendly etc. Unfortunately now it's the complete opposite. The front desk is so rude , wait time is no less than 30 minutes now and the doctors (mostly the new ones) are always in a rush. So disappointed.

Been trying to reach someone on the phone for over 20 min, I just wanted to see if my appt was at 11 or 11:30, I can't find where I wrote it down, no way to talk to anyone, worse than calling your credit card company

Although this is a nice facility their staff sucks. Front desk is rude. They do NOT inform any of the patients when running behind. I've been waiting for an HOUR. And the best they can tell me is I SHOULD be next. Would a doctor wait more than 15 min if I was late for my appt? No. But yet they have us waiting for an hour. Like we have nothing to do with our lives. If they would've said dr is running 30-40 min late I would've stopped to get the kids something to eat. I would've kept my son in school a little longer.
