I gave two stars because i love our doctor but when we arrive 10 minutes prior to our appointment and are sitting waiting 25 minutes past the appointment time as they call patients who's appointments were after our I can't help but be a little aggravated.. atleast acknowledge us and let us know what is going on

This is the third time I got to see the dr one hour past my son's appointment time. So mad.

Do not count on this staff to do what they say in a timely manner OR be easy to communicate with. They act nice when you are there but as soon as you leave they turn to the person to get their money. Very disappointing.

If you don't mind being hung up on by rude and non-responsive office staff, this is your place. We've been seeing Dr. Tressler for a few years and will miss him but there's no excuse for the insulting behavior of the office staff. The world is full of ugly but the pediatrician's office should be an exception.

I'm moving to San Antonio soon. I called and was on hold for 9 minutes before I spoke to someone. I told the lady I would be moving there and looking for a new pediatrics office for my 3 children and told her I was on hold for 9 minutes and wanted to know if that was typical or unusual. I was friendly in asking and her response was, "Well, it depends. I'm the only one on the phone today." Her tone was not friendly and she seemed annoyed. I will NEVER visit this pediatric office again! After driving for almost an hour and stuck in traffic, I called the office and told them I would be around 10 minutes late for our appointment. The lady on the phone said it was fine. However, when I got there they refused to see my son. The office manager was extremely rude. She had an ingenuine apology, which she could have saved for someone else. I do not recommend this office to anyone, and will be looking for a new pediatrician.

We scheduled a well-baby appointment for our son, this service is covered by our insurance. We had a question regarding a bump on our son's leg. Because of this bump, Dr. Johnson took it upon herself to charge for a sick-baby appointment. She did not discuss this with us, as we left, the receptionist did not mention any additional fees being tacked on. We were told there was no charge. It should also be noted that this place is extremely uncooperative with transferring records to another doctor. They refused repeated requests by my doctor to transfer the records.

I have been taking my son there since he was born 2 year have seen almost every doctor we decided to see Dr. Arnold she was a bit cold & short in her visits but at the time she was doing an ok job then I had my daughter I was hesitant about the schedule vaccine protocol that they have so I ask about delaying & she gave me a whole speech on that I was not going to be able to be seen there if I agent that route, which I'm fine doing since every time I have gone in the last year the staff has gone from mediocre to rude.
