Both my children are seen here and I highly recommend it. Yes, sometimes you have to wait 30 min or more to be seen- but once you're in, the doctors are very thorough and take time to listen to your concerns. And, because it's such a big practice, I've NEVER been turned away when my child was sick- I have gotten same-day appts every single time I've had to get my sick child in for an evaluation. What more could you ask for?

ABCD Pediatrics is absolutely wonderful and IMHO, has one of the best practices in San Antonio! On two occasions, their doctors recognized things that had been missed by other physicians. We began using ABCD Pediatrics in 2007 when my oldest daughter was about ten months old. We had been referred to them (and Dr. Richard Schlossburg) by a friend who had being using ABCD for years. ABCD Pediatrics is a wonderful practice that has knowledgeable, caring doctors and NPs. My child has been a patient of theirs since birth. We've never had an issue getting an appointment, even when it's a same day, unexpected situation. Their website is very helpful. And, their phone line offers an optional nurse line for minor medical questions. Furthermore, I've found the response times to their nurse line to be unbelievably quick. All in all - I've found them to be a great practice for my child's health care.

Do NOT recommend. They don't care about patients, but rather it's a business now. They have lost all sight of what's good for the children to focus on a big business operation instead. Sad because we would drive a ways to get there for several years.

Type of care is ok but the admin office needs an overhaul. Ive emailed their office several times since 10/11/24, it's now 11/6/24 and no response. I went to the office today to physically turn in the emailed doc since they don't respond to email. While at the office I requested to speak to the office manager so that they were aware of the lack concern or response I've received. They were not available then and no one has reached to out to me UNSURPRISINGLY. Matter is still unresolved

I love Dr.Sneed but her staff are TERRIBLE. the nurse they have gives vaccinations EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE and doesn't know how to do them properly. Will not be coming back.

WARNING PARENTS This place is so messed up I have been seen dr sneed for 20 years for all 3 of my children. This past July I took my daughter in for a simple physical and two shots for school. I was told a back to school special of $25 was the cost plus $10 each for shots. Once I got there the office staff tried to charge me $118 for the visit. After I told her I was quoted another price a lady from the back said "oh the back to school special for $25" and the girl checking me out said it's $39. So my price went from $25 to... read more

Front office staff and billing department has poor customer service skills and more training needed for them. Sadly after 7 years only because we like the pediatrician we will not be returning.

I don't know what happened but care has gone down the toilet. We used to live them not anymore. The last two times no tests were run and we ended up taking our son to the ER and UC to review care. Including once where we were told he was stopped up they prescribed laxatives and turns out he had the flu!
