After spending thousands of dollars trying to get out of my timeshare with another group (that never completed it), Im thrilled that ACA group was able to cancel the timeshare!! They kept me informed all along the process. Very pleased

So far so good. Just getting started. First meeting on phone went well. Listened to us and took our case, as I was a bit concerned that they wouldn't. Very professional. We will see where this goes. I do feel confident that ACA knows what they're doing.

While still early in the process to cancel my Timeshare, ACA gives me a very positive feeling for success. We fell victim to a timeshare and then again to Time Share Exit Team who took our money and did nothing. ACA Group reached out to us to see if they could help us out of our timeshare and we were VERY skeptical. We were desperate to get out of it and agreed to give it 1 more shot. ACA Group were amazing! While this whole process is stressful - you are, after all, trying to get out of something you shouldn't have gotten into in the first place - ACA Group has been pleasant to work with and we feel we are headed in the right direction by signing-on for them to help us. We did not feel pressured at any point but did pay the entire contract fee up-front. We did feel that their fee was reasonable, based on comparison and word of mouth. I will submit another review when we no longer own our time share!
