ACA group was able to cancel our timeshare. The process took almost a year to complete but they kept good communications on regular intervals letting us know where all stands, what has been done and what the next steps were. We're thrilled to be out of the timeshare scam.

I did my research but I was still skeptical at first paying up front for services and not really knowing what you will get. I called ACA group extremely stressed out and totally lost because I couldn't get out of my timeshare and I was very scared. they were polite they always answered the phone. It was a relief to hear from concerned professionals that trying to get out of our timeshare is a troubling but not impossible feat.
