The different group of people I spoke to were so helpful, they are extremely knowledgeable. The definitely have gave me some peace of find. They took their time gathering my information on my timeshare. It had been a stressful ordeal. Im thankful they are there for us.

I recently decided to hire ACA group in January of last year. We got the notice today that we are no longer in our timeshare contract. We couldnt be happier!

When I first started the process I was really scared. I didn't know how this whole thing was going to go. I already felt taken advantage of by the timeshare company. It's been 11 months now I we just got our notice that we are no longer responsible for the timeshare! Thank you ACA Group!

So far, so good. Everyone I have spoke with is very polite and professional. Time will tell if they remove me from all timeshare liabilities like they claimed they could. If they do, I will come back and do a 5 star rating.
