Compact. Easy to use. Exactly what I need for the home office I really like the scanner as it is compact and creates high quality scans. I mostly use this to digitize certain documents so I don’t have to keep paper copies around, and I routinely scan multi page, double sided documents. I find that I can push beyond the 25 page limit, but I really have to watch out for jams. The software is nice and easy to use. Good scanner Good
Happy feet with Brother! I love this little worker! It's quiet and works fine BUT I wished they had considered putting a little foot underneath so I could pull out, with a little tab on the end, to catch the PAPER. They put guides to get the paper in but not to catch it so I have sit there and catch the pages OR rearrange my desk and this desk doesn't give me the real estate for that but yes, this one little worker and I get along great!
ADS-1250W is Amazing Although a bit difficult to install, this scanner does an amazing job. I is incredibly quick, even for duplex scanning. Sheets do not jam, and the output is straight and clear. A great value.
Easy to hook up Only complaint is it did not come with a cord.
Scanner Works great once I figured out how to use it
Super fast scanning and very portable. I can integrate this scanner to any of my scanning programs and works flawlessly, I love it.
Yeah, I mean, I guess it scans Before I get into this, I want to mention that I scan documents regularly and my go-to in the home/home-office setting is the ScanSnap iX500, which is a heavier duty unit in a totally different category. If you don't need portability and you can justify the expense (at this point, the ScanSnaps are over $600: ouch), then definitely go with the ScanSnap, because it is the best document scanner I have used in the last decade. Decent document scanner for the money Works fairly well for document scanning. This is NOT a photo scanner. The receipt scanner software is too tedious for my needs, but I have been able to scan most receipts with the regular software. For someone who needs to document receipts in detail (who, what, when and how much), the receipt software might be more useful and seems to be customizable.
