MAC users beware - sad to say goodbye Bought it to convert all my documents to digital. It’s small and simple to use for personal home needs. Receipts do jam if you don’t use the supplied accessory. Loved the duplex, auto feed feature. Hard to find in a small affordable scanner. ATTN MAC USERS: this will not work with the recent OS upgrade and Brother’s CS said they don’t plan on fixing the problem. Money down the drain. Do better Brother.
Easy to use This scanner is easy to use with wireless mode and is valuable. Overall I would say it is very easy to use.

Good Scanner For a few documents This scanner is good for scanning less than 5 items at once. More than that will create paper jams.
Very Fast and Easy When I was setting this up I had to connect it directly to my computer in order to get it set up. I tried wirelessly but couldn't get it to work that way. However, once I did this was awesome and so easy to use. I loaded all of the software that you can to go along with it and I love it. I've had 2 other high end name brand ones before that are supposed to be the top brands and I like this the best of all. I had too many issues with the other two that I don't have with this one. Perfect substitute for the NEAT Scanner This scanner is amazing. I was originally looking for a NEAT scanner but I REALLY didn't like the price point that they were at. I started looking around and found this Brother scanner. I compared features and found that this scanner actually has more and better features than the NEAT scanner and it's a fraction of the price!!
