Excellent quality Excellent machine. So easy to use. Portable. I scan docs in my car after appointments. Saves me a lot of time and hassle. Gives me the opportunity to take more appointments which means more money in my pocket!!
Compact and durable, great features Best little scanner on the market. I have them at the office and my homes. I have had my first unit for nearly five years with no issues whatsoever.
The product itself is pretty easy to set up. The scanner does what it is supposed to. But, I would only recommend for home/personal use. I would not use this in an office or business setting. You can upgrade for about $200 to their business model and it will pay for itself in speed and accountability.

Okay, not great, scanner I actually bought this scanner based on its review on The Wirecutter website. First, the review was wrong. This isn't a great scanner. It has issues pulling through multiple sheets of paper at the same time and if a paper is an unusual length, it just gets stuck in the middle of the scan. Output quality is very nice and the software is very easy to use - just the mechanics need a little work.

Pays for Itself This scanner has paid for itself in just a few short days. It has made the task of scanning large double sided documents very easy. The setup took a moment for the computer to recognize the scanner but that may have just been my computer. I would definitely recommend this scanner.
I like it sometimes (when it doesn't screw up) I've had this scanner on my desk for about 3 years now. It works well, but there's a couple of things that have bothered me this whole time. #1 biggest gripe is that the pages often go crooked and jam the thing up. So annoying! I have to stop, take them all out and redo. Drives me crazy. This especially happens if I'm scanning a document of more than 2 or 3 pages, but it sometimes happens with one page--I put it in, start scanning and all at once the page is wonky and it's buzzi... read more
