Typical Brother Quality -- Which is to say "Fantastic" This has become my go to scanner for most work. Set-up on wifi was much easier than I expected from reading reviews. It's been about 6 months since I started using it, so I don't remember any set-up details -- But that's a good thing. Great scanner, found Dropbox privacy workaround Scans quickly. As other reviewers say, to connect to Dropbox, it requires "Full Dropbox" access, as opposed to "App Folder" access. I was uneasy with this. I found an option that I think works better than linking it directly to your Dropbox account. I made a shortcut on the device to scan to my PC. Five Stars Wow this scanner works great. Love the wireless feature.
Love the compactness Love the compactness. Bought for desktop use and needed to do double sided scanning. Came with receipt/check sleeve for easier scanning. My only qualm is that it didn't always scan straight, it would veer to the side for crooked scans. The receipt sleeve has an arrow and directions on it that come through the scan, so I always had to crop the scan every time. Without those 2 things I would have given it 5 stars.

fast and good quality scans - But some advertised features are already withdrawn! I'm generally happy with the speed of scanning and so far jams have not been a serious issue. Unfortunately it does not hold online settings when it is turned off and on again, this may be a security feature but it is needlessly time consuming. Very difficult to get card scanner going - I have not managed it yet Even though the product is less than a year old Brother has already withdrawn the scanning to e.mail function.
