Easy to navigate, shuttle was quick, price was good but unfortunately someone tried to break in my car during the week I left it there. The problem is perhaps that you’re only allowed to park in the 4th floor or upper levels so it’s obvious to assume there’s no security there. The handle of my car clearly shows someone tried to open it and they damaged it as well. Upon arrival no one said anything about it so easy to assume they didn’t even know. HORRIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE GONE WHEN YOU RETURN. They will break into your car and worse try to steal it! Go back and read all the reviews related with cars being broken into and cars being stolen from this lot. THERES IS AT LEAST 5 others in the past few months. I parked on the 3rd floor and when I returned my car appeared on the first floor and the staff had no idea how any of it happened. They said they noticed the car was open so they moved ?! But how?! Parking local is good but tight fit for a 1/2 ton pick up. Pick uo from airport last night was horrible, took forever and the driver overloaded the shuttle. People standing, no seats left. I got stepped on twice. Driver didn't seem to care. 4 or 5 shuttles parked, maybe only one running? Never use again.
I had an very good experience parking here. I left my car for 12 days in September 2024. It was a little confusing where to park for long term parking, but there was a very helpful employee named William F. who helped me figure out the system and went above and beyond. The shuttle was timely and my car was safe when I got back to it. Thanks William!
Freddy & Chaminda, this beautiful duo SAFED MY LIFE!!! I lost my phone inside of the shuttle bus and could not find with all the efforts. I gave up but an amazing email has arrived from them that they found min and kept it well and safe!! Thanks for this team to give me this amazing experience!!! So wonderful!
