Rochelle was amazing on 12/20 she made arrangements with another driver to take the 3 passengers she already had so she could take our party of 12 (7 kids) so that we didn't have to wait an hour for another shuttle. She went above and beyond for us and was so organized with a plan for how to make it all work. Loved her quick thinking that saved us after a long travel day.
