Parking local is good but tight fit for a 1/2 ton pick up. Pick uo from airport last night was horrible, took forever and the driver overloaded the shuttle. People standing, no seats left. I got stepped on twice. Driver didn't seem to care. 4 or 5 shuttles parked, maybe only one running? Never use again.

Easy to navigate, shuttle was quick, price was good but unfortunately someone tried to break in my car during the week I left it there. The problem is perhaps that you’re only allowed to park in the 4th floor or upper levels so it’s obvious to assume there’s no security there. The handle of my car clearly shows someone tried to open it and they damaged it as well. Upon arrival no one said anything about it so easy to assume they didn’t even know. HORRIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE GONE WHEN YOU RETURN. They will break into your car and worse try to steal it! Go back and read all the reviews related with cars being broken into and cars being stolen from this lot. THERES IS AT LEAST 5 others in the past few months. I parked on the 3rd floor and when I returned my car appeared on the first floor and the staff had no idea how any of it happened. They said they noticed the car was open so they moved ?! But how?! The shuttle from the Residence Inn to LAX was very convenient and our driver, Joel, was very friendly and helpful, especially when I realized I left my backpack on the shuttle. I called the shuttle service about it and Joel identified it and brought it back to our drop off place. He was really helpful with that and gave us plenty of time to catch our flight. Hope we get his shuttle the next time we go to LAX.

Once you arrive at the structure it’s a bit unclear where to park but we encountered a wonderfully helpful employee named William who escorted us to the best spot to park and even helped find the best spot so our car wouldn’t get damaged by neighboring vehicles while we were on our trip. Very pleasant experience overall. Easy shuttle trip to LAX. And very reasonable cost for parking at this garage. Will use again.
