First time using them. Affordable, quick and easy. Shuttles are frequent, so we did not have to wait long for pick up. Our return driver Kidane was phenomenal. Helped us load and unload all of our heavy luggage, and even showed us tips on where to have my family wait while I got the car so that we wouldn't have to bring all of the heavy luggage up the parking structure. Really appreciated kidane going the extra mile.

Easy to find, with friendly and helpful staff. Maybe we were lucky, but the shuttles run frequently with no wait time! The only important negative point is that most parking spots have a reserve sign, so you have to compete with other customers to find an available spot. It took us a good 20 minutes to find a spot without a reserved sign.
