Rochelle is amazing. She is so kind and the best service I have had in a very long time at an airport. She offered to pick up my big family of SEVEN and I at 1:30 am at LAX since there wasn't a ton of shuttles running and she was neighboring with the parking structure we were parked at. She deserves the world and is the best. God bless!!!!!!
Rochelle was incredible! she not helped my family of 7 with all of our bags, but was friendly and made the best conversation. She felt like family! Made the end of our trip amazing after a long day. We are so grateful!
Rochelle was an absolute delight! My family and I were waiting for a shuttle for a bit out on the curb at 1:30am, exhausted after all of our travels, and she kindly offered us a ride since our shuttle company was not coming. She brightened all of our spirits with her cheerful enthusiasm and wonderful customer service! People like her who are so caring and do their job with joy are few and far between, We are so grateful to have gotten a ride with her.
