It's such an easy and affordable way to park for LAX. We parked in the fourth floor, took the elevator to the waiting area in the first floor, and hopped into the van that takes you directly to the airport. Our driver, Rochelle, was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and fun. She loaded our three heavy suitcases and clearly (and patiently) explained how drop-off works and how we'll be picked up when we return. Highly recommend this option for long-term LAX parking! Your driver is the best in the WEST. Very helpful, friendly . Always has a smile on his face. A+ for him. KIDANE is the man. I will park again if I ever travel again.
Kidane was really nice. We got a ride to the airport, safe and nice driving, i love him honking at the car who's blocking shuttle parking only. Very efficient. 100% recommend.

I recently had to go on 2 domestic and 1 international trips almost back to back from LAX..all in a span of two months October and Nov.. even during the busiest Thanskgiving week. I am not sure if I got lucky but the shuttles were always available and picked me up pretty fast both ways..to and from LAX. I had very early flights and arrived pretty early..like 5 or 6 am and flight arrivals were between 4pm to 11pm. My car was where I left it and protected. They also always answer the phone.
