Rochelle the LAX shuttle driver is sensational. Professional driving and concierge service at its' finest! She was very helpful (on a busy Sunday night) and patient with the out of owner's too.

Although I waited for 20 min before I had to call the office to request a shuttle, the company redeemed itself with excellent service from our driver Rochelle! She helped us with our heavy bags and gave us concise instructions with getting on and off the shuttle and retrieving our luggage. She was very friendly! We need more drivers like Rochelle!

Amazing experience being picked up from LAX tonight. We had been outside Tom Bradley for less than 5 minutes when Rochelle, our shuttle driver arrived. She loaded our bags on the shuttle with care and had us back to our car in the ACP garage in a matter of minutes! Thank you Rochelle for the excellent care!

Easy in and out just scan the QR code. When I arrived for departure, the bus was already waiting. When i return just text "Shuttle" to (310) 439-5277 and wait on departure upper level where you will see the sign(waited 15mins). Great prices and svcs
