Fantastic experience at Airport Center Parking as they're very generous around my multiple stupid mistakes. First I messed up the date on my online booking, the app allowed me to quickly correct that at the gate without creating a long angry line behind me. Then I pushed open an emergency door and set off the alarm. The crew quickly come over to turn off the alarm. Not only he didn't yell at me, but he also guided me to the shuttle. Shuttle has been the worst in terms of pick up and drop off. Seems like they have only 1 shuttle operating (been waiting under the rain…) If you are worried about timing do not use them Even though they are very close to the airport what’s the point if you have to wait over 20-25min to get picked up.
5 stars solely bc Tiffany is amazing. Thank you so much Tiff you are the best!! If Tiffany’s boss is reading this please give your girl a raise or some positive reinforcement ASAP ! We lost our ticket and it was 1am and she promptly showed up and resolved the situation.
Easy to navigate, shuttle was quick, price was good but unfortunately someone tried to break in my car during the week I left it there. The problem is perhaps that you’re only allowed to park in the 4th floor or upper levels so it’s obvious to assume there’s no security there. The handle of my car clearly shows someone tried to open it and they damaged it as well. Upon arrival no one said anything about it so easy to assume they didn’t even know. The shuttle service was good. The drivers help you out with the luggage’s very good service. FYI they’re open 24 hours. William the guy at the exit very nice and polite! Recommend!
