I landed late at LAX and my parking shuttle passed by me at 2:15 AM...all the sudden Rochelle with Airport Center Parking, stopped and asked where I needed to go, she had a pretty full shuttle but still took the time to get me safe back to my car at Joe's Airport Parking. Rochelle deserves employee of the year, yes I know it's only 17 days in, that how special she is, thank you again Rochelle for saving me in the middle of the night. 5 stars plus!!
