Rochelle was amazing! Very informative and friendly! It was our first time parking at this structure and she went through the whole process of where she would drop us off, where she would pick us up, and which shuttle to look for. She definitely went above and beyond.
This was our first time using the service and let me tell you that is a five starts service, our friend Rochelle the driver was super super helpful, very nice, very friendly. Great experience with the service

Rochelle was so very informative with the procedures. She was very detailed told us what the name of the parking structure is. Even gave us a little card with a QR code that tells us where we can find the shuttles. She also reminded us to take a picture of the red sign and of the shuttle we were on so we wouldn't forget. I would recommend her for just taking the time of her day to explain everything so throughly.
Rochelle was very nice and knowledgeable about the services provided and gave instructions on what to do when we come back to pickup our vehicle. Great service much appreciated. I have no questions to ask after her run through.
