Rochelle was very efficient when she picked us up at LAX. She helped load our luggage in a timely and respectful manner. Then, she made us feel comfortable after a long cross-country flight by inviting us on for the shuttle ride.
When we arrived at LAX our driver Rochelle was friendly and helpful, she explained what we needed to do for transportation and gave us advice regarding travel time to and from the airport so we could plan accordingly for our return flight. She was easy to talk to, we need more workers like her who actually care about the people and isnt there just for a paycheck. She can come to Hawaii anytime! Mahalo, Mike & Keks Kalua
