Coming home from a long trip to LAX can be daunting, but it was quick and easy with Rochelle. She went out of her way to help us with our luggage and made the 1:00am trip feel like a breeze. Mike was amazing! We were so excited to see the embassy suits shuttle come so quickly so we rushed to jump in! Only to realize a couple minutes later that we accidentally got on the wrong shuttle! Mike was super kind to get us exactly to where we needed to be! TBH he was heaven sent we were sleep deprived and just eager to get home it was so nice to see such a friendly face!
