The company that now owns this and operates the shuttle service is much better than a couple of years ago. The only negative that we found is, parking in the after , the covered parking spaces are taken so we ended up on the top, without cover, for 2 weeks. The shuttle service people are friendly and helpful now. The driver that picked us up at night, after a 12 hour flight, Whose Name Is Rochelle, is probably the best that we've had in the 20 years that we've been parking at Airport Center. Last night Rochelle was our driver from LAX to Airport center. She greeted us with a smile, put our luggage on board, and engaged us in conversation. She was the consummate professional and a truly outstanding representative of your company.
Rochelle was great. She was very friendly and helped with our luggage in and out of the van.

The gentleman William who help me was great. I made a mistake on my end which could have cost me alot of money. He helped me out and all went well.
I have to say after many terrible experiences with the parking around LAX ,this is my great choice for further parking ,the location is very convenient,the shuttle bus is always available ,the drivers provide the professional service for example Ms .Rochelle , She announced her name like a broadcaster, guided the guests off the bus, and handed them their luggage one by one. I suggest giving her a uniform, so she would be just like a doorman at a five-star hotel.will book them again!
Prepaid parking was easy, email with instructions sent immediately along with a QR code to enter and exit. Had questions, emailed but no response. Wish they had more vans available for drop off/pick up, multiple vans for all the other parking structures were constantly passing by but not for center parking. Have used most of the offsite parking airport companies and this has been the most consistent/my favorite! Shuttles normally leave right after we get there (maybe we've just been lucky) and pick up within 15 minutes. Our last driver, Rochelle, has been the best driver we've had by far! Super friendly and helped us with our bags and we didn't even ask for it! Would recommend.
