Our driver Jermaine gave great customer service and support. He was very friendly, communicative, and gave good recommendations for places to eat. I give him a 10/10 for sure.
Jermaine was our shuttle driver. He is very respectful and helped me when I struggled to lift my luggage. He also gave us some food recommendations around the hotel.
Herman was so kind and was able to pick us up and drop us off at our parking spot after our original shuttle had passed us! He was amazing and super nice and was extremely friendly!!
