Great Mr William Foster is very nice. He told me in detail that when I go out I just need to swipe the screen of my mobile phone, and he personally guided my car to the correct parking spot, which made me feel at ease.

Well I am just amazed at the level of service and professionalism at this parking garage. Basically my car broke down right at the entrance of the parking garage. A manager or employee named Roy(Ray) immediately came out and offered to help. Basically got in my car and started troubleshooting my car with me! We were finally able to move it and he parked the car for me in employee parking right in the front. Knowing that I may need a tow on the return trip, he let me leave the car there in employee parking and even took me t... read more

Spaces are too small except for the skinniest vehicles. Major frustration trying to find a spot where cars next to you squeezed the space so you can't park.

Have been parking here for more than 10 years. Airport is convenient to LAX and covered. Price is comparable with others that have outside parking. Had to wait about 15 minutes to get picked up at the lot, but only 5 minutes wait on the return. Parked one floor from the top. Plenty of parking and didn't have to worry about trying to fit into a place too tight because someone with an SUV parked in a compact spot and was riding the parking line divider. Was also able to park closer to elevator than if I parked lower beca... read more
