The driver on 2/15 that showed up around 6:55 am was nice. He smiled at me, directed me which terminal to take, and provided a disgruntled customer (over timing) all the necessary contact information. A driver is NOT responsible for traffic, so he gets 5 stars in my book. The driver on 2/16 around 9 pm - 9:30 pm whom I flagged down and yet didn't stop for or acknowledge me gets 2 stars. This is after I called for pickup and the driver beckoned by waving motion he'd stop somewhere else (I assumed because of so much traffic). ... read more

I'm usually very skeptical about parking near the airport before a flight--I tend to just Uber to be safe. But after hearing great recommendations from a friend about Airport Center, I decided to take a leap of faith, and I'm so glad I did! From start to finish, the process was seamless. You book your desired parking days online, receive a prepaid QR code, and scan it upon arrival to access the structure garage. Parked car in a nice wide spot. Shuttle took us to the airport after a 4 or 5 minute wait. Flying back from Seattle, our flight had been canceled and we had to stay over an extra night. Thus we returned the next day. The shuttle arrived at the airport to pick us up about 5 minutes after I texted requesting pickup. The driver was polite. The parking attendant waived the extra day having heard of the storm we had been inconvenienced by. That was very considerate. I will use them again.

We were greeted by a very nice man named William Foster and he answer all my questions. The shuttle was there and we had a great driver named Mike . This is the second time I have used and it's been a great experience. Thank you all !
