We were greeted by a very nice man named William Foster and he answer all my questions. The shuttle was there and we had a great driver named Mike . This is the second time I have used and it's been a great experience. Thank you all !
I've had nothing but good experiences at this parking lot . There's loads of space.It's immaculately clean and really well run. I have not had to wait very long for a shuttle, but I've heard others have. Perhaps they were just unlucky! Chaminda at the booth is a wonderful man, hugely helpful and knowledgeable. It's my number 1 parking at LAX

Ray was super helpful when we went to park yesterday. My husband's truck is usually too tall for a lot of those parking structures and saw that we are hesitating on where to go. He ran over and immediately helped us and directed us to somewhere that had enough room for us to park. Very friendly and very helpful.
