treats Tennant's like trash. treats their apartments like trash. shuts off water with no notices and allows families to live in houses with mold and water leaks.

I don't have time to list the numerous complaints I made to management after getting a note on my door saying, casually, that I agree to forfeit my deposit OR leave within 60 days in the middle of my lease. I have dozens of emails trying to force me to forfeit my deposit NO REASON. Now I read that they are BRAGGING about collecting rent during a global crisis? Wow. I don't think you CAN improve, based on over a year's worth of observation and tenancy. I'm glad to be gone.
Would rather send people out to die during a global pandemic than care about their tenants.
Horrible place! And horrible facilities
Doesn’t care about the well-being of their tenants. Knowing many people are out of jobs during this pandemic and they still collected rent from their tenants but yet offer poor service. Pathetic. Classless. Selfish.
Extremely apparent disregard for their tenants wellbeing, all they care about is money.
Horrible upkeep of properties. Pray on the poor to over charge them for unlivable dirty housing. They called a global pandemic a distraction and continued to collect rent from unemployed people. Demand better. Make them do better.
