Hands down, the worst experience with an apartment complex. My apt flooded 6 weeks ago and the complex took no responsibility in the clean up or damages to my belongings. Repairs have not been made and what was repaired were only started and not completed. Due to not being dealt with when the flood occurred, my apt has black mold and im having difficulty breathing when im there. Now, there is an infestation of bed bugs and my child is covered in bites. Draconian rules enforced by management...example, anyone under 16yr old cannot be outside after 9pm without adult supervision, or all vehicles must pull into parking spaces(you are forbidden to back into the spot for safety reasons), cannot smoke in apartments(ok) but you cannot smoke on your own balcony either(don't go outside to smoke either because you cannot loiter outside. DO NOT move here! They ignore and delay requests for repairs for long periods of time, there's been reports of black mold, bedbugs and cockroaches. The "professionals" in the office will ignore calls. Right now they are decorating the exterior with all fervor, while ignoring repair requests. Its more important to them to attract new tenants in, than it is to make needed repairs and care for the current tenants. They SAY they will get right on your requests, but then ... ignore you. Pathetic front door fucked up since we moved in. Washer caught on fire two months ago, still waiting to be fixed... I've filled out over 20 work orders for the same shit. I can't believe this is happening. It's really hard when you have small kids and paying 645.00. Mo. And I'm going to stop there!
My daughter has been without air-conditioning for 12 days they won't return calls or fix it ... It is JUNE in KANSAS. HORRIBLE PLACE
This is the worst place to live I told office about my AC they kept saying give me one more day nothing my son has health problems they don't care but want there money shit I will be moving out of here and reported them to who ever I can .
