former tenant. Mora Mi. landlord went in and charged me thousands for alleged repairs PRIOR to my vacate date. She also will not remove someone off my lease that hasn't lived there since August of 2019. No one from the office or corporate will contact me back. they also refuse to show pictures or estimates of alleged damages. Don't rent at Mora Mi Apartments in Paducah KY.
I have been trying since September to speak to someone about the multiple issues in my apartment at Riviera Apartments in Paducah, KY. I have tried to address these issues with Viki, the manager here, but she either does not reply to messages or walks away from me. When I do get to speak to her, she tells me things like "That's the first time there has been a complaint like that in your unit" or "It is worse in unit X." Listen to me...do not trust this company! My husband worked here and we went through hell. Moved around a lot. The management are plain liars and dont care about their employees whatsoever. The reviews you see here are probably fake for the most part because they push people to give them good reviews (including me). This company is untrustworthy, and crooked!! They hardly reimburse and it takes them forever. Many times you have to use your own cash to pay for stuff. I've seen them fire people on the spot without any notice, ... read more

can't answer a phone to save their life
Loved there a year and fulfilled my lease. No damage to the apartment and gave appropriate notice. Still they are saying I owe $400 and have given no explanation as to why I owe it. Guess I’ll see you in court. Maybe you will answer my emails then.
