This place is disgusting. It is infested with cockroaches. We told them about the bug issue and they told us they were having people come out and spray so we waited and thought that would help. We cleaned out all our cabinets and bathrooms and everything so they could spray. Well the bugs still were bad, so we told them about it again. They told us they would spray every single room. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. This place is completely awful. I don't know how they haven't been shut down yet. We moved in and within just a few days were seeing huge cockroaches. We complained for about 3 months before they finally had exterminators come out. They are awful about keeping up with maintenance in these apartments. We had several things break or not work properly. We would put in requests for things to be fixed and they would just completely ignore the situation. This place is disgusting. There has been a cockroach INFESTATION going on for weeks now. They have said they found out they were coming from a neighbors apartment and was told to move everything from walls and they would spray. Instead sprayed ONLY the kitchen. They have invaded the microwave. If u place a skillet on the oven you see tons run from underneath. We moved in at 9 months preggo and we told them like 3 days after living there that our ac unit wasn't working properly and that ours dishwasher didn't work and told them our door needed fixed bc it had a huge gap and the lock looked like it has been messed with and it took forever for some things to get fixed only bc I bothered them everyday about it or else none of it would have gotten fixed and some still never got fixed like our ac and we have proof it didn't work and with a newborn baby we needed it to work so we moved ... read more

Our Regional Manager purchased 6 portable units to provide air to those who had a non functioning machine. I had a very bad experience at their location in Mauldin. Lions gate apartments. I called corporate and they just said they would speak to Property Manager Jonathan about his conduct. After he threw a chair in the office while I was in there. He also told me to get the f*** out his office.

I've had this problem over a year now they I have messages straight to Brenda cell (the manager) off this issue and they keep saying there Gunna come fix it they have not along with out let's that fall out and are a FIRE risk
