Have left two messages in the past three weeks. I never heard anything. I understand it's a crazy time here, but it would have been nice to have been given the courtesy of a call. Taking my business elsewhere.
i had a heat pump installed 3 years ago by Alex that has never worked properly. After 2 trips out they gave up and said call someone else. The salesman said sorry but we have no real service department. Once again he said call someone else to fix what they messed up. Bob's Heating is the place to go. They are very PROFESIONAL people. I WILL NEVER USE ALEXANDERS AND WOULD STEER EVERYONE AWAY FROM THEM IF ASKED.
