Just had a new furnace and central air installed by Dean and his team. We are so happy with the service we received! Dean was responsive and forthcoming regarding costs and the installation process. His team finished the installation of our new system in half the quoted time. It's been a few weeks since they were here and everything is working wonderfully. We cannot recommend Alexander's Heating enough!

Our AC had recently broke during one of the heatwaves and we were referred to Alexander's Heating through multiple recommendations. They quickly diagnosed the issue and we're able to fix the problem in a timely manner. Alex and his service team were professional, honest, and personable. They even followed up a few weeks later to make sure everything was still working - I couldn't recommend them enough!

Professional and reliable company with excellent customer service. During the initial estimate it was apparent they are very customer centric and focused on customer satisfaction hence our decision to go with them. Needed my fireplace cleaned and pilot light lit, Justin did a good job cleaning the glass and logs, didn't clean rocks or vacuum dust and cobbwebs underneath, I think I got what I paid for, all other quotes was twice as much. Next time I will make sure I ask what's all included in the job.

Had a problem with a gas fireplace. It was going out and also producing soot. Justin from Alexander's heating did a great job figuring it out and fixing it. Very polite and left the work area very clean.

Our A/C stopped blowing cool air during the June 2020 heat wave. Alexander's Heating promptly responded to my Yelp inquiry with their next available time and date (about 10 days, vs 6 weeks from other businesses), and the cost for a visit + diagnostic test. Justin the technician arrived on time on the service date. He inspected the furnace and A/C unit, and ran diagnostic tests on the A/C unit. Yesterday (6/29/21), your man Scott came to our house to fix our Bryant air conditioning unit which conked out a couple days prior, just as we were experiencing a historical heat wave in the Pacific NW with temperatures running 100-112 degrees three days in a row.
