I called to inquire about fireplace repair. The gentleman I spoke with (maybe Scott but I forget) was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We talked about why my gas fireplace might not be lighting and what a service visit would entail. This is the best experience I've had getting anything repaired ever by far. On the scheduling side, Elena took great care of me and kept me in mind for any cancellations during a time when fireplace services were booked out several months. Elena also was willing to work with me on a follow up warranty request even though I contacted her slightly outside of the warranty period (completely my fault for the lack of communication). Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year... Alexander's Heating to the rescue!! What a fantastic job they did... Professional, knowledgeable, Honest and so efficient!!! Getting straight to work on our project, they installed a new furnace, removed the old one and left everything clean and tidy... they even called the following day to make sure everything was working properly!!! We were blown away by their terrific customer service. We couldn't be more pleased. Beyond grateful... thank you!

Just had a new furnace and central air installed by Dean and his team. We are so happy with the service we received! Dean was responsive and forthcoming regarding costs and the installation process. His team finished the installation of our new system in half the quoted time. It's been a few weeks since they were here and everything is working wonderfully. We cannot recommend Alexander's Heating enough!

Our AC had recently broke during one of the heatwaves and we were referred to Alexander's Heating through multiple recommendations. They quickly diagnosed the issue and we're able to fix the problem in a timely manner. Alex and his service team were professional, honest, and personable. They even followed up a few weeks later to make sure everything was still working - I couldn't recommend them enough!

Professional and reliable company with excellent customer service. During the initial estimate it was apparent they are very customer centric and focused on customer satisfaction hence our decision to go with them. Needed my fireplace cleaned and pilot light lit, Justin did a good job cleaning the glass and logs, didn't clean rocks or vacuum dust and cobbwebs underneath, I think I got what I paid for, all other quotes was twice as much. Next time I will make sure I ask what's all included in the job.

Our gas furnace stopped working on Sat. We called Alexander's Heating on Mon and they had a tech out to our house that day. The tech, David, gave us our repair and replace options and we went with replace. Alexander's Heating had our new furnace installed that Wed. Professional, competitively priced, on-time, quality work, and they accomplished in days what a pricier company had said would take weeks. I will use them again!
