Staying cool and comfortable at the start of summer! Dean from Alexander's Heating came out to our home for a quote. I called them because of my brother's recommendation and his previous experience with Alexander's installing a new furnace and AC unit in their Renton home. Fair price and very fast in scheduling service! The furnace stopped working during the coldest week in Seattle... After spending $129 at another company for diagnosis ( just to find out the 35 year old furnace is broken and needs to be replaced..) anyways, Alexanders was super straight forward with pricing and was able to be here the next morning at 8am! Also no Emergency cost. The crew spent 2 good hours replacing a new furnace. Stay this way please! Thank you.

This company knows how to deliver top notch customer service. Last week the furnace stopped running at my house. Alexanders heating had a guy over in 2 hours and was able to get the furnace working. I was told that the furnace was on it's last legs and we discussed a replacement to happen in a few weeks. Later that night the furnace gave up the ghost. These guys fixed my problem before their competitors could show up, with a labor cost that there competitors could not match! Over the phone troubleshooting, onsite within a couple hours of my phone call (the same day), found and overnighted parts for my antique furnace and had it working by noon the next day. Their competition: I called around and their best competitor was not going to be onsite until the next afternoon. Competitors also demand a diagnosis fee that was almost equivalent to Alexander's labor fees.

I'm very happy with the service from Alexander's Heating. Dean is very caring for the customer's need and they will do their best to make sure the customer is happy. Our furnace died in the coldest pre-winter day. It was the busiest season and the schedule was 2 weeks out for them. But they managed to come install the furnace sooner when there was a cancellation.
