Alexander did my A/C installation 2 years ago, which was fast and flawless. Never had any issues. Then we started a large project of relocating the entire furnace. I called several places and the only other quote was more expensive and "no guarantees it's actually possible". Alexander's quote was lower and guarantee on the quality of work. Alexander's heating did the job as promised, and furnace now runs smoothly and quietly. Got them referred by a friend initially, and can't recommend them enough.

My heater stopped working in winter right before holiday. I called around and nobody else could help me out. Alexander's heating was the only one able to get my heat running in time to keep my 3 week old and toddler warm! I am incredibly grateful!! I will be using Alexander's for all my future needs!

These guys were friendly and quick to respond. Within 24 hours of contacting them online I received a phone call to schedule furnace maintenance. The team was polite and kept me informed while they serviced the furnace at my house. They provided recommendations to extend the life of my furnace and compared repair and replacement costs for me. I thought their evaluation of my furnace was honest and that they had my best interest and budget in mind. I would use these guys again for maintenance/repair/new install.

Excellent Company! We are selling our home and had some issues with my tankless water heating and our fireplace. Called Alexander's Heating and was scheduled for service the very next day. Parker Reed arrived on time, diagnosed the problems within minutes, and had them fixed in an hour. And cost was entirely reasonable too! Completely impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Mr. Reed and Alexander's Heating. We'll definitely be using them to service our new home.

I recently completed a substantial remodel on my house in Kirkland essentially gutting the house and installing all new mechanical systems including furnace, ducting, venting, and air conditioning. As a former home builder I provided a written scope of work and bid the HVAC work out to 3 local heating contractors so I could compare apples to apples. Dean did an exceptional job in meeting our needs of replacing old furnace. The old furnace stopped working because of a failure of blower motor and circuit board. Bel Red people came and tried to repair, which didn't work out. We got Dean's contact from a friend who bought furnace from him several years ago. For the first time, we hired Alexander back in February, 2017. We just bought our house and water heater died 2 months after. Our friends suggested to call Alexander as he did some work for them and they were happy. Alexander was able to be at our house the next day, it was very important for us since it was February. I originally hired Alexander's per my realtor recommendation, when I first moved to my house, to bring a gas line to new gas range, fireplaces, dryers and bbq and they did a fabulous jobs. Staying cool and comfortable at the start of summer! Dean from Alexander's Heating came out to our home for a quote. I called them because of my brother's recommendation and his previous experience with Alexander's installing a new furnace and AC unit in their Renton home.
