Alexander's Heating is TOP SERVICE with TOP experts! On multiple occasions have we used them but today our furnace went out at 7AM with kids getting ready for school. I called Alexander's Heating and reply was within minutes. They were at my house determining the problem, got the part and were back before dinner time to fix it. Now is warm and I cannot say enough!!! I always recommend this company and they are my TO GO business for all heating and A/C needs!!! Thank you!!!
Although I was initially disappointed with my experience, I have to say that the owner Alex really cares if his customers are happy and personally came over to discuss the issues with me and made sure every issue was corrected. Mistakes happen and the way a business owner handles such situations speaks volumes. Alex truly wants his customers to be 100% satisfied with the work performed and this deserves 5 stars.
1-Star Review I replaced my furnace and water heater with Alexander's Heating and Air Conditioning last December, and it's been a terrible experience. Right after installation, my gas bill jumped from $30 to $350 a month for several months. Three different technicians came out before they finally found a defective part in the new furnace. My problem was misdiagnosed many times, I paid for a $1000 repair and three days later needed a whole new furnace. Next time it rained hard I had a leak in my roof. I was given a $500 refund. The staff are polite. But I wish I did not work with this company. I'm still paying a price. When my mom needed a new furnace in Trilogy a month later I told her who not to call.

**EDIT**: Upon learning of my poor experience, the service manager got back to me and admitted to the service being substandard and promptly refunded my service fee. I have bumped up the review by a star for the professionalism and responsiveness of the service manager. I had them come out to troubleshoot a gas fireplace that was not turning on. The tech from Alexander's heating arrived on time, but it quickly became apparent to me that he didn't seem to have much expertise on gas fireplaces, or experience fixing them. He d... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Alexander's heating installed a Fujitsu mini split system for me in 2015. In May of 2022, the system had an epic failure. I've now had 6 different HVAC experts, technicians and sales people out from 4 different industry companies to give bids on repair versus replacement. Each and every one has started by saying what a "horrible installation job" "total neglect" "not the standard for safety or material even in 2015." If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I had them Install a tankless hot water heater that was set to run off of propane when they installed it they left the natural gas fitting in instead of the propane one. My entire system burned up. They sent a technician out and he confirmed that they installed it wrong when it was new. They are 100% Responsible for the failure of my system. Very unprofessional experience with this business. Cheaper by comparison, but not worth the hassle. Would recommend a more established firm. Don't expect to hear back from the owner if you have a problem... we did not. We are still waiting to hear back from Alex.
