Your facility treated myself & the people helping me move in with the best of care. The lady running the place on El Cajon Blvd. is very good @ her job & as a person. We were in bad shape & she understood the personality differences in the group & dealt w/each of the dynamics like a pro to calm the chaos. It helped so much & I want her to be recognised for her amazing people skills. People nowadays seem quick to criticise. So, I wanted to take the time to compliment her efforts. Attagirl! The new Manager was very nice, called and checked up on my situation and was helpful. I recently moved to a smaller unit and the front girl was very nice and walked me down personally to show me the new unit and understood that it for me going in dark places is a bit unnerving. Good customer service. The only drawback I mentioned to the manager is that there are no longer trash bins (used to have) to throw away unwanted boxes or trash.
