I have never used a storage unit before so I was very selective in picking one. I did a lot of research and went to visit many places before choosing All American Self Storage. When I went in the lady at the front desk was great! She went and showed me the unit, answered all of my questions, and explained everything perfect. Great storage units. I needed one for a month and i got the perfect one. The prices are a little expensive but it is very secure. Cameras everywhere and units are undergrown. Service is outstanding. Mayra was amazing and help me with the whole process of getting the storage and then leaving it. They offer everything you need and more. The only complaint I have is how hot it gets in the storage units...very hot it's crazy. Melting time...bring water to stay fresh.

I helped my uncle moved because he was transferred by his company to a new district which happened to be around this area. We needed a storage unit and since i've rented and used storage before, i was asked to get one for him. The office manager helped me and showed me the perfect size i needed and offered me a move-in special knowing we might end up needing the space for a while. I have had a storage unit at All American Self Storage in Rolando area for several years, and I was always pleased with the service and cleanliness. Recently this business was bought out by another company. Since then service has been disappointing!! Although still kept clean, I have brought items to take to storage twice in the last 2 weeks, and the office was locked! This place is wonderful. The staff are the best part -- extremely friendly and extremely helpful. They worked with us on getting the best unit for the best price, and even came outside, had a look at how much I had in the moving truck, and *talked me out* of getting a larger unit than I needed. They even got me some electrician's tape I needed when I had car trouble there -- above and beyond! The place is very secure, being underground in a populated area. I love this place not because of the facility but because of the staff. I drove into town after 500 miles and the place I had reserved did not have a space for me after all. I called All American and spoke to Mike and he said it was getting late and they would be closing soon but to come on by anyway. He gave me a great deal and even helped out with the move.
