This storage place is very helpful and easy way to store your stuff! Staff is very friendly and customer service is great!

Carlos went above and beyond to make sure I got my keys back after they jumped out of my girlfriend's pocket and down the elevator shaft when we were moving out. He did everything he could to retrieve them while we were moving, and after exhausting all options, he scheduled the elevator company to come out and get them. By the time the elevator company got my keys, I had moved across the continent. Carlos, using his own money, sent my keys to me! I came to All American Self Storage when I was in a pinch and needed a unit at a days notice. I called in and made an appointment to rent a unit and was quickly taken care of. The on site manager Carlos was very helpful and transparent about the costs and storage policies. I definitely recommend you go in and see him if you're looking for an honest, clean and secure storage facility.
I have rented from All American for a year. I had a promotion that lasted for several months. As expected I knew the price would go up after the promotion ended. However, that was not the only time the price on my unit went up. It would be nice to get a heads up when there a price increase. I did not receive any notices. Be sure to give a 7 day notice so if your fee can be prorated. They will not refund your money. My experience was okay but you're better off going somewhere else where you get more for your money.

I would like to give huge kudos to the ladies of All American Self Storage. The customer service they provided was excellent. I dropped my cell phone in the crack between the elevator and floor and I thought is was a goner. But because of the ladies jumping into action, they were able to contact the elevator company and i got my phone back. I appreciate how the issue was handled so quickly.
